One Healthy Life Philosophy

First and foremost we want you to understand that we hold to the following truth: Man Tends but God Mends.

All that we do with our clients serves to educate them to a better understanding of health and vitality.  Health is a precious gift.  We believe that it is the personal responsibility of each individual to maintain spiritual, mental/emotional, and physical health. 

When illness is experienced we need to remember that God is the only one who heals according to his perfect plan and purpose.  Joanna and I consider ourselves blessed that we are one of the many instruments, chosen to be used by Him according to His perfect will, to help others on their journey to optimal health. 

Prior to the start up of this business, Joanna received her RN from Mt. Auburn School of Nursing in Mass. and has worked in various nursing positions within hospitals, social services, and nursing homes within New York and PA.  After One Healthy Life was started, both of the partners expanded their education in the natural health field to include the following:

• Certification of Nature's Sunshine Herb Specialists

• Certification as Certified Natural Health Professionals (CNHP) by the National Association of Certified Natural Health Professionals

• Certified Iridologist from the International Institute of Iridology

• Charter members of The American College of Iridology

• Completion of Touch For Health - Level IV  (56 hr.) as recognized by the International Kinesiology College

• Completion of Professional Kinesiology Practitioner (PKP) levels 1, 2 & 3 as recognized by the International Kinesiology College

• Certificate In Nutritional Counseling (CNC) through Trinity College Of Natural Health

• Certified C.A.R.E (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education) Instructor

• Certification in Advanced JMT Technique
   

Continuing Education includes:

• Certification for FCCI (Fully Certified CARE Instructor) to teach Essential Oil Chemistry and Emotional Release

• Professional Kinesiology Practitioner (PKP) level 4 as recognized by the International Kinesiology College

• ND training through Trinity College Of Natural Health

We are committed to improving our skills as Natural Health Professionals by frequently attending classes and training seminars to advance our knowledge and learn new techniques.
